Perfect for the 4th of July, or any time you don’t want to use the oven, this dessert is refreshing, light, and delicious. Served partially frozen, Red, White, & Blue No-Bake Dessert is cooling on a hot summer day! This dessert is quite healthy as it is low in fat and low in sugar. Fresh fruit adds great flavor and lots of health benefits in every bite. The recipe can easily be doubled. Red, White, & Blue Dessert is easier to make than it looks, but “shhh”. you don’t need to tell anyone that!
The recipe below is for a 6×9 pan. Or line muffin cups with plastic wrap and prepare individual desserts from recipe below. When frozen they pop out of the pan easily and the plastic wrap comes right off!
3 low-fat graham crackers
½ cup fat-free Greek yogurt
1 medium, ripe banana
¼ cup sugar-free strawberry jam
½ cup diced, fresh strawberries
¼ cup sugar-free blueberry jam
½ cup fresh blueberries
Line the bottom of the dish with graham crackers. It doesn’t matter if the crackers overlap a bit.
Mash peeled banana until smooth. Fold in yogurt. Set aside.
Lightly mash strawberries so some small pieces remain. Mix with strawberry jam. Set aside.

Spread strawberry mixture evenly over graham crackers. Next, spread layer of banana-yogurt mixture. Top with blueberry mixture and spread evenly. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze. Serve frozen but allow to thaw a few minutes on plates prior to serving.
Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and slice of strawberry and a blueberry or two!
